If you have the chance to ask Cory Clark, “What’s brewing?” he would have quite a story to tell you.
Clark, the founder/owner with his wife, Tara, of Marquee Brewing in Portville, has identified an unoccupied niche in the local brewery business — an establishment that features spiked seltzer beverages with intriguing names, such as “Planet of the Grapes.”
Clark names his concoctions after old, classic movies to make them memorable — and fun.
“Nobody makes anything the same way I’m making these drinks,” he said. “For example, right now, I have pumpkin pie soda to celebrate the season.”
