OLEAN — A Portville small business owner was feted Wednesday during an event to help other small businesses.
Cory Clark, owner of Marquee Brewing in Portville, was named an Entrepreneur of the Year by the Small Business Development Center at Jamestown Community College. One of four recipients, Clark was the only business owner from Cattaraugus County honored by the group this year.
The award presentation was made during an SBDC pop-up event at The Hub, hosted by the Olean Business Development Corp. The event, which brought together small business owners and various organizations which offer assistance, coincided with National Small Business Week.
